Charcuterie Bar & Co was founded by two friends Chanel and Sarah who shared a passion for artisanal foods and the joy of bringing people together.
We're Chanel and Sarah, two Phoenix foodies with a serious case of the "get-togethers." You know the kind – evenings spent with friends, unwinding over laughter, good conversation, and of course, a perfectly assembled charcuterie board!
Our love for these epicurean delights (and the joy they bring to gatherings) led us to a delicious realization: there must be more people like us! Folks who crave connection, appreciate the finer things, and believe that food is a powerful way to share and celebrate life's simple pleasures. Thus the idea for a mobile charcuterie bar cart was born. The rest is history!
